Exhibit Design
Designing exhibits for major space policy conferences like IAC and Space Symposium involves a unique blend of strategic communication and compelling visual storytelling. These projects are crucial for translating complex scientific and policy initiatives into engaging experiences for diverse audiences.
The objective is to transform this vital work into captivating displays that resonate with attendees. This includes developing innovative exhibit concepts, crafting clear and impactful messaging, and designing interactive elements that draw visitors in. The aim is to create an experience that is not only informative but also inspires and excites, fostering a deeper connection to NASA’s mission.

The process begins with extensive collaboration across NASA’s mission directorates. This foundational work ensures a deep understanding of their latest advancements and strategic priorities. A critical step is then aligning these insights with the overarching vision and key messages from the Administrator, ensuring every exhibit effectively communicates NASA’s leadership and future direction.
This work highlights the ability to navigate complex organizational structures, synthesize vast amounts of information, and then present it in accessible, visually dynamic ways. It showcases how strategic design can effectively communicate critical policy and scientific achievements on a global stage, engaging stakeholders and the public alike.
Other recent exhibit work includes a proposal to revamp NASA headquarters’ west lobby in Washington DC to include a lunar seating area and a full size replica of the JWST array.
